Founded by Lauren and Don Flores in 2010, now additionally co-owned and managed by Rebecca Bundy, Element Dance Studio has been teaching dancers of all ages for 12 years! With a concentration on technique, creativity, family, and fun, Element offers classes in everything from Ballet and Jazz, to Contemporary, Hip-Hop, and more.

More than Movement is more than a mantra at Element. It defines a mindset that the entire faculty brings to every class, competition, and event. Element seeks to not only help dancers foster their passions and talents, but to also build an environment where they feel empowered, confident, and inspired as they grow in various ways. Instructors develop personal relationships with every dancer, pushing them to succeed and understand dance as both an art form and mentality. Element strives to weave a tapestry of support and inclusion, making sure all dancers feel valued and all families a part of the community.

The other fun part about our studio—we love any chance to perform, at competitions or otherwise. Whether it’s local, regional, or even national, Element brings its very best effort, and we usually take home awards and scholarships to prove it. We’ve been nominated for over a dozen IDA’s (Industry Dance Awards), reaching the finals in Los Angeles twice. And we were named a 2019 Studio of Excellence by StarQuest, Kar, and ADCC, as well as the Best Dance Studio in Hillsboro by Hillsboro Award Program.
