Dreams…mysterious soundscapes…improvised movement explorations…come join us for a student and teacher performance night. We are practitioners of Action Theater–an embodied improvisation practice. Starting with tuning in to sensation, all our improvisations arise from that mind-body connected state, expanding the exploration of what it means to be human. We’ll be at the Secret Seed Studio. Located in the North Coast Seed Studios building, #211 (2nd floor). Please be on time as there is a code required for building entry so someone will be downstairs to let you in until showtime.
