The Portland Blues & Jazz Dance Society is a non-profit organization that has coordinated events that celebrate the spirit of Blues & Jazz in Portland since 2008.

Our mission:

To steward this organization and dance community with transparency, accountability, and compassion.

To honor the roots of Blues & Jazz music and the many dance forms they inspired as inextricably linked to Black history.

To include, seek out, and implement input from the community in our development and decision making processes.
