11:59pm on Sunday, February 11th, 2024.

In Addition: The wonderful festival hosts at PICA have offered time in their Annex Theatre for festival artists to rehearse and develop their pieces. This would be a week of rehearsal time sometime in April or May to work on and polish your piece to get it ready for the festival.
